하지만 4가지 특정 근로자 군의 경우, 미국 노동부의 산업재해보상프로그램사무국(OWCP) 에서 산업 재해 보상 프로그램을 적용합니다. 임금 대체 혜택, 의학적 치료, 직업 재활 및 기타 복리후생을 제공하는 이러한 프로그램은 다음과 같습니다.
