您可以雇用青年作为劳工，但在雇用未成年人方面有一些注意事项。联邦童工法一般禁止您雇用 14 岁以下的未成年人从事非农业职业，限制 16 岁以下未成年人可以从事的工作的时间和类型，并禁止雇用 18 岁以下的未成年人从事任何危险职业。农业就业适用的童工法标准不同。
