您有責任恰當地僱用青年僱員。

您可以僱用青年作為勞工，但在僱用未成年人時有一些考量事項。聯邦童工法一般禁止您僱用14歲以下的未成年人從事非農業職業；限制16歲以下未成年人可以從事的工作的時間及類型；並禁止僱用18歲以下的未成年人從事任何危險職業。農業就業適用的童工法標準有所不同。
